I walk the line between cool and conservative.” Born and raised in Harlem, Ross-Sutton was one of eight siblings, and says she had a somewhat complicated relationship with fashion back then. “It was all hand-me-downs for me,” she says. “So now, it feels very freeing to just try things that are daring and fun.”
